Who is eligible for the Patentext Startup Program?

The program is designed primarily for U.S.-based technology companies with active engineering or R&D, commercial traction or institutional backing, and an expectation of recurring patent activity.

We especially encourage applications from companies participating in accelerators, incubators, venture studios, university commercialization programs, or other selective startup programs.

What does the Patentext Startup Program include?

Selected companies receive 50% off eligible Patentext platform fees during their first year, up to $3,000.

That includes access to the Patentext platform for identifying potentially patentable work, developing invention strategy, organizing technical records, and managing patent activity as your portfolio grows.

How does Patentext select companies for the Startup Program?

Patentext reviews factors including the technology being developed, company stage, traction, engineering activity, anticipated patent needs, and overall fit with Patentext.

When will I hear back about my Patentext Startup Program application?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your company appears to be a strong fit, the Patentext team will follow up with next steps.
